Is riding an electric bicycle the same as a normal bike?
On the whole YES with the addition of assisted propulsion, also when stationary or dismounted and pushing the cycle, turn off the power, remove the key, to avoid accidental acceleration and accidents.
What is the weight limit to ride this bicycle?
For this cycle maximum load is 120 Kg
What is the correct tyre pressure?
This can vary depending on the size and weight of the rider but for the 20” tyres on our bicycle we suggest 40-45 psi as a guide.
Where can I get replacement tyres?
From Pedibal or most bicycle shops can provide a suitable replacement tyre as long as the specification is the same as the original 20” x 1.7 Tyres
How do I charge the battery?
On our bicycle the battery can be charged on or off the bike simply by plugging the output lead of the charger into the socket of the battery case and then the power output plug into the household source (socket)
How do I know if the battery is charged?
When the charger is plugged in the RED LED will light up to show power is connected and this will change to GREEN LED when full and ‘trickle’ charge mode will begin to avoid overcharging.
All How long do I need to charge the battery for?
First charge should be 8-10 hrs and Normal charge times will range from 2- 8 hrs depending on charge status. If you do not use the vehicle for long periods of time, charge the battery at least once a month, to avoid reducing its lifespan.
How long does the battery last?
This depends on many factors such as weather conditions (wind) and terrain as well as the rider size and weight and how the bicycle is used but on average we would say on average 38 km as ‘normal usage’ but this can be as much as 50km / 65km in optimum conditions the approximate life cycle of the Samsung / LG Lithium-Ion battery is 500 – 600 cycles (charge and discharge)
What are the running costs of an electric bicycle?
There have been approximated calculations of around 7pence per charge so fairly minimal, other than electrical running costs others to consider such as, replacing tyres, serving etc which are managed by the individual so can vary.
Where can I ride?
Many trails and bike paths allow e-bikes. Speed e-bike regulations vary by country, state and city. Please check with your local authorities for clarification.
How many assist modes are there?
POWER S has five levels of assist plus your choice of 7 gears for increased hill-climbing power, greater range.
Does pedalling charge the battery?
No, the efficient motors used by POWER S are not regenerative. Most regenerative motors provide a negligible amount of energy back to the battery and sacrifice a lot in efficiency.

How fast can I ride on an eBike?
The electric assist is limited by law and POWER S is limited for Germany on 20kph and for other country 25kmp. However, If you want, the limiter can be removed.
Does my e-bike arrive fully assembled?
Almost! After unpacking, all you have to do is fold the mirrors and pedals, and tighten the handlebars.
How long would I expect delivery for my Ebike?
We usually shipped in 1-2 business days, and delivery take prox 3-10 days

We currently accept only Bank transfer
Will I receive an order confirmation after payment?
Yes, immediately after we confirm your payment, you will receive an order confirmation from us via email. This email contains a detailed summary of your order and all important information at a glance. This confirmation ensures that your order has been received safely and will be processed promptly.
How do I get a refund if I cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order, simply contact our customer service. We will promptly process your request and process a refund in accordance with our return policy. Refund processing typically takes 2 to 4 business days after your request is approved.

How much are the shipping costs?
We offer “Flat rate” Shipping rate, and price depend of delivery method you have chosen. Before you complete your order, you will receive a overview of all costs, so you don’t experience any surprises.
Is there a free shipping option?
Yes, we offer free shipping if your order exceeds 5,000€. This amount may vary depending on current promotions and offers, but generally speaking, shipping is ALWAYS free for orders over 5,000€.
Which shipping service providers do you use?
We work with reputable shipping companies such as GLS, UPS, DPD and DHL. All deliveries are naturally insured, so you can rest assured that your order is in safe hands. This ensures that your shipment arrives quickly, safely, and on time.
Can I track my shipment?
Yes, we offer tracking for almost all orders. From the moment your order is picked up from our warehouse until it arrives at your door, you can easily track the status of your delivery at any time. You will receive an email with a tracking link so you’re always up to date on the current location of your order.
How long does delivery take?
Delivery times may vary depending on your location. Typically, delivery takes between 3 and 10 business days. However, we will do everything to dispatch your order quickly and ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible and in perfect condition.

Are POWER S Bikes covered by a warranty?
Yes, you will have limited 2 years warranty on the frame and 1 Year warranty on a battery provided directly from Qcell with proof of purchase. More information you can find on warranty page
